BACKSTAGE BSM: TYLER EDITION
NOVEMBER 1-3, 2022
PURPOSE:
Allow BSM Directors, Associates, and Coordinators a “Backstage Pass” to what another BSM is doing and what goes on behind the scenes. This is not intended to hold up a finished product, but to create space to talk about how Texas BSM focus areas look on a particular campus.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
An informal gathering with a purpose. Walk through BSM Discipleship Pathways, Q&A times with staff and students, observe scheduled BSM events, see the how and why behind ministry.
WHAT TO BRING:
Dress like you would on your campus. Food and housing will be provided. Transportation will be reimbursed by Texas BSM.
HOUSING:
All participants will be housed in a hotel near campus.

1:00 - Welcome, Introductions, Etc.
2:00 - Coffee
2:30 - BSM Vision, Big Picture, Overview of Three Core Areas
4:00 - Explain the Evening, Free Time / Q & A
5:00 - Meet with Student Focus Group Leaders for brief explanation and prayer time (On Campus).
6:00 - Dinner and Development Team Meeting (Robert and Kellie Hooker Providing Dinner)
8:00 - Hang out
